Dragon Claw Rock, Rock of the Heavenly Peach, Dragon Claw Terrace

The Dragon Claw Rock comes in the shape of a clawed dragon with its head and body covered by scales. According to the folklore of the Hac Sa villagers, the Rock was actually a small dragon which had eaten the peaches of immortality of the Celestial Palace without the Jade Emperor’s permission. As these peaches were reserved for immortals of special status, the Jade Emperor punished the dragon by confining it in a rock of the world of mortals.
The screen-shaped Rock of the Heavenly Peach stands at 4 metres tall with indistinctive lines constituting a peach tree seen on its flattened surface. According to folklore, the peach tree was grown from the peach-pit spit out by the dragon.
The Dragon Claw Terrace is located to the northwest of the Dragon Claw Rock and Rock of the Heavenly Peach.
