During the reign of Emperor Jiaqing of Qing Dynasty, a stonemason named Li Bida sculpted out seven stools and a round table of rocks for his mother. Located on a high and steep cliff, the set of stone furniture became weatherworn and storm-tossed over time. Nowadays, there are eight stools around the table as their builder was not familiar with the native history and made one more stone stools.
